5. FLIPGRID & VOKI

 

Flipgrid and Voki are two great class discussion platforms. Flipgrid allows you to create a topic and let people upload their videos regarding the topic. (There is an example below) You enter your password as a guest or log in/join with your email and upload your videos. 

Voki is pretty similar to Flipgrid yet instead of using your own voice and face; you can create an avatar, customize its appearance and make it talk by writing. You can check out an example by me by clicking HERE.

They are both extremely easy to use and is a great way to get the more introverted students participate in the classroom as the videos are pre-recorded and with voki, they can hide their faces/voices if they feel like that is an issue. They can so something similar with Flipgrid by adding stickers to their faces & adding texts.
